I was sped through the interview process in one week. Each interviewer lacked questions, at most asking three questions each and all of them asked the same questions. I interviewed with 5 people, and only one of them was friendly. All of them were very cold and lacked excitement. Made me worried the environment wasn't as good as it seemed. I did not end getting an offer and asked for feedback but was ghosted. Seems like a very referral heavy org, so if you know someone there you'll get in. Weird vibes.
