Contacted by a recruiter, spoke the following day on the phone about the role and organization, and was invited to interview with the department head. That interview happened later that week, and it was a was a positive experience. He informed me that the next step would be a panel interview with senior management, and the panel interview was scheduled as soon as he finished conducting internal first round interviews early the following week. One interviewer did not show to the interview without informing the remainder of the panel. Another interviewer joined while driving, which is unsafe as others had their cameras on. I do not know if they were driving, or at home, when they decided to yell at me. Needless to say, I ended that interview stating that this position no longer seemed like a good fit for me.
