Applied online with the assessment. The assessment is made to see how you deal with multi-tasking. It was honestly a bit hard for me as I didn't finish two of the questions. I ended up getting an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went for about thirty minutes and the recruiter scheduled me for an in person interview the following day. I met with one manager for almost an hour and then another one immediately after that for almost the same time. There were a lot of questions asked. They were behavioral questions being asked and were really looking for detailed answers with answering what the problem was, your solution to the problem and the outcome. At the end of the the interview, it lasted for almost two hours in total. They said they would keep contact me within 3-5 business days to let me know if I got the job or not. I got a call the first business day with the offer. A HUGE TIP- be sure to prep yourself for the interview with questions that people list on Glassdoor. It helped.

I have worked for some LARGE (Big Names) corporations and this was the worse experience I’ve ever encountered in 20 years of work experience. The interviewer was extremely impersonal, he didn’t know where I currently worked and had a copy of my resume in front of him, he didn’t know the dates of my employment, again, had my resume in front of him, asked me for my salary requirements which are clearly indicated because it was asked of me prior to submitting my application. The screening was very robotic and gave me hesitation IMMEDIATELY! All of the previous comments are true. Do not apply here, it’s not a safe CAREER move. Although I read through the previous comments to gauge what previous employees and interviewees experienced, I still applied to see for myself because everyone isn’t always a good fit for a position, but the responses are SPOT ON!
