I have heard wildly varying accounts of the interview process even at the location I worked at so be forewarned that they are always honing their interview process and it may vary depending on several criteria. It began with me being contacted by email by a recruiter. I expressed interest and was sent to their website to apply. However, at the same time I had to go through a couple of skills tests. There was a personality test, simulation, and a math skills test. I was informed I had passed and invited to interview in person which I accepted. There were many people interviewing during the same time block so we all waited at the front desk until we were escorted to a room for a presentation on Liberty Mutual, their opportunities and benefits. During this presentation, people would come to the room and call one or two people out at a time to take them to another room wherein multiple résumé reviews were being conducted. If you passed this part of the process you were invited to a more formal behavioral interview with a couple of interviewers. They asked me many different behavioral questions for about half an hour. Then they offered to let me have a tour of the facilities. I accepted the tour and was shown around. I was then told the start date was in a couple of months and I should hear back no later than two weeks before the start date. I was called later that night by the recruiter who officially offered me the position. I accepted and they immediately emailed the new hire and background check paperwork.

Easy video interview with two supervisors. Asked standard customer service questions using STAR method. They were both asking questions and also offered more details about the role. They were both polite and seemed easy to get along.
