Meet at the career fair and really clicked with the recruiter. I was then contacted for a follow-up phone interview, after passing that, I was called for a final interview with the hiring manager. We completed that interview via Lync video because I was not in the city where the office was located at the time of the interview.

Entrevista
Brief phone interview with HR asked brief behavirol questions. The whole process was pretty simple did not even take the whole thirty minutes. This was a pretty average interview it was pretty standard.

I applied for the Financial Internship Program (FIP) at Liberty's Boston headquarters.
I had a referral from someone within the firm and first had a informational interview over the phone. I then moved on and had 2 back to back behavioral interviews on campus which were really easy. Just know your resume well because thats what they are going to ask. The interviewer had a list of questions prepared and was writing things down as I answered.
If you are a junior in college, you will have a fairly standard case study. I didn't do it because I was only a sophomore when I applied.

Very unorganized-- Lack of contact made me feel that they did not care. Also, my HR rep "missed" the interview, saying she was sick. But, I wasn't aware until the next day.
