Doors were still locked 10 minutes prior to interview. Then waited 15+minutes past the interview time. Went into a room to interview with the district manager and a store manager. Interviewers were interested in you opening up to them, which doesn't happen in such a circumstance. They never listened to the actual answers and even asked unrelated questions to the position.
