- CV Screening;
- Call with HR Manager, which lasted approximately 40 minutes. The conversation was very relaxing;
- Teams interview (due also to COVID) with Head of Department and member of the Management Team. Just like before, the interview was very relaxing and colloquial

- How would you structure the management for providing green certificates to 100 buildings?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Das Gespräch wurde insgesamt als eher unangenehm empfunden. Während des Austauschs kam es mehrfach zu Unterbrechungen, wodurch ein durchgängiger Gesprächsfluss nur eingeschränkt möglich war. Einige der gestellten Fragen wirkten zudem wenig zielführend. Auch die Atmosphäre am Ende des Gesprächs wurde als wenig wertschätzend wahrgenommen, insbesondere als die Anforderung einer täglichen Präsenz vor Ort angesprochen wurde. Insgesamt hinterließ das Gespräch daher keinen besonders positiven Eindruck.

1st interview via teams. Second (final) interview in person in Head Office. Quick to respond, providing feedback and transparency on process. Phoned to confirm the status of the application. Friendly team at Lidl, creating a relaxed atmosphere
