Interviewed with Department head, then interviewed with GM, then had a practical interview to ensure I could in fact notice posture issues and correct what needed to be done. Really easy overall, 100% commission structure, if you don't make enough in sales & service and you go into draw you owe the money back to the company once you start producing.

Multiple step interviews that include meeting in person for one on one, being observed doing a training sessions based on given factors, and meeting staff. Once accepted, there is a week long group training session to attend.
