I was a returning employee back from college. The Spa was a new department so the hiring was different for me. However, when I originally stated and presently they were both fast and relaxed. There are only 2 interview steps; one with the manager and one with the general manager of the club. In my experience, if you make it through the manager it is really rare for the GM to deny you.
