The interview process was a huge disappointment. Constant lack of communication when it came time to schedule anything, they ghosted my email replies on several occasions. Once I made it through the interview process, I had my start date with the promise of a 30hr work week so I put my two weeks in at my current job, except now here is the problem, the Friday before I was supposed to start they changed the working hours from 30 to 20hrs a week. I asked if the following weeks would meet the 30hrs we had agreed upon and the response was something to the effect of maybe. Maybe does not pay the bills! I realized it would cause a huge financial burden to leave my 40 hr a week job for 20hrs a week plus a pay cut. I reached out to let them know I couldn’t move forward with a 20hr work week but I was happy to continue as a contractor until they had enough hours. They decided to cut all ties with me and told me they no longer had work for me even though I was in the middle of trying to move their equipment cross country. I would not recommend this company to any office admin.
