I applied on Indeed and received an email within 3 days to schedule an interview. The interview was done by a team of two people and felt very comfortable and personable.

I was called and asked for a face to face interview. Simple interview and went relatively smooth. They ask basic questions and tell you about the job. They wanted to make sure that you could handle a big caseload.
