Entrevista
3 rounds of interview: 2 phones and a final 7-hour interview/mixer at their office in San Francisco. Tons of brainteasers and generally casual conversations. Really about getting to know you as a person and your interests. Met the entire team in SF. Not particularly demanding on industry knowledge but would be a good indicator of fit if you have some basic tech/mobile/digital ads knowledge.

They probably google brainteasers and randomly assign one to you. More about thinking process not about actually getting it right. The CEO even completed one puzzle together with me.....

Phone interview, a couple video calls... it was a pretty smooth experience! Honestly seems like a great place to work. It was one phone interview, about three to four video interviews, and a final round in person.

HR contacted me within an hour of submitting an application to set up a phone interview. Interviewer started with asking what I knew about Lifestreet and answered any questions surrounding the position. Then gave me the structure for the interview: behavioral questions (basic), math questions (not using a calculator), and case study. They really want to see how you think so the math questions are things thing 25*63; you then walk them through the process of how you solved. The case study was just out of left field. When I gave my final answer the interviewer asked what things I didn't consider and what I could've done differently. By that point I was so turned off by how difficult the INITIAL phone interview was I threw together a less than knowledgable answer.
I realize they're trying to make this program competitive; however, this type of interview process (especially in the first round) if easily going to turn off great talent for their company.

Case study: "think about how many iphones there are in america, now if you were to line them up how many miles would it stretch? walk me through your thinking process and include numerics."
