- attended a brief (10 min) call with the recruiter via phone. - attended an hour video call interview with hiring manager. Interview process itself was OK - included all the typical questions one might anticipate and pretty straightforward. Everyone I spoke with seemed nice enough. Got the impression that this role is a bit command and control. Also got the impression that this role is more transactional and operations-based to organize for new cohorts, and pretty rinse and repeat from what I understood. The role didn't seem like a fit for me. I guess they felt the same way - I never heard back after my interview!
