Really fast, positive interview process. Met with one of the founders Tuesday of week 1, was provided an assignment same day (assignment was on par with creative strategist assignments). Interviewed with hiring managers Wednesday of week 2. Final round interview with the other founder Thursday of week 2. Reached out following up on the position on Thursday of week 3, and received a rejection on Friday. Overall the process was very positive, the people were great and did a good job pitching the company, and the process was on-par with other interview processes I've had for similar positions.
