The interview process at Linux Academy was incredibly thorough and rewarding. I interviewed by phone with a Talent Advocate as well as the manager of the position I was applying for. I was asked to construct a mock lab guide which was used to gauge my writing style. This was promptly followed by on-site, in-person interviews with the team manager, the Chief Product Officer, and finally the team I would be joining. I also completed several activities which tested my competency throughout the day of on-site interviews. This process was incredibly thorough but also resulted in an intimate understanding of exactly what this position was responsible for and what Linux Academy was like as a company.
