I had the interview via a recruiter. Phone interview with team leader was good. Very good technical interview over the phone. in the next phase, we agree to meet F2F. The director I was going to meet, change the interview hour, just the night before and he was still 1 hour late. I thought he might be busy but he said he was coming from the home and said he was coming to the office only for this interview. The interview went ok. The recruiter said they like my profile and are going to make me an offer. Couple days later she said, they will not make me an offer but the director like to forward my CV to another department, then she said there is no such thing and the whole thing was misunderstanding/miscommunication. I am not sure if it was the recruiter or company but there is definitely something wrong with the attitude.
