No real interview; pass series of scoring tests. If they meet the company standards, you'll be sent your account information to start scoring. I received mine the same day I applied.

It's test-based, so you can theoretically be hired without any experience. However, after the first page, none of the audio files would work for me unless I navigated away from the page and went back to it. Since it is timed, that is a huge problem. I emailed them to ask if it would affect my grade or if I could try to re-take it on a different computer, this was their response: "We know that our evaluation process is flawed and subjective, with many of the audio files being ambiguous, and this is something we are working to improve." This translates to me as "we know there are problems with the site. We don't care. If you are one of the people that experiences problems that just means we don't need to grade your work at all, which makes the process easier for us." It is unprofessional and unethical. TL;DR: if an audio file won't load, just don't bother. It is a waste of your time.
