The first scheduled phone interview, they stood me up. I have to punch out at work and leave the premises. They apologized and rescheduled. Second scheduled interview, I punched, left work and waited for twenty minutes. By the time they called (late), it was too late to talk, because I had to be back to work (which I had made clear) and by that time, I was too upset to interview. The way companies and HR departments treat candidates is a pretty good indicator of how they treat employees. I withdrew application. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
