First interview was a phone interview with a very friendly recruiting lady who asked basic questions and what-would-you-do-if questions. Had to wait a month to get another interview. The second interview was with the national marketing manager and someone else. They were very dry and hard to read. All the questions focused on customer service and less on the marketing side.
