The recruiter reached out to me after I applied for the internship on Linkedin. They asked a few questions and scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager. A few days after the interview with the hiring manager, I met with members of the L+D team, 30 minutes individually. The interviews were pleasant. They were very prepared and happy to talk with me. The recruiter and hiring manager used clear communication throughout the hiring process.
