Initial phone call with recruiter to understand your background and for you to understand the company and role. Next step was a phone screen with hiring manager - a 45 min coding session using coderpad. The interviewer was very nice and helped me work through the problem, although I didn't do a great job at it. Although I was rejected, they followed up with me and provided feedback explaining why they couldn't proceed further with me. And that is a good sign of a great company.
