Cons: The final round with the CEO and COO shifted focus entirely from technical execution to a deep dive into my career history and narrative. While this is a perfectly valid approach, the transition can be jarring if you're not prepared for it. There were also moments during the assessment setup that felt a bit disorganized, with some initial details being unclear. However, as an engineer, adapting to ambiguity is part of the job.
