A recruiter called after finding my resume. Next a phone screen was scheduled. Then a face to face meeting / interview with the hiring manager and a tour of the facilities. A few days later a job offer was made. The position was vacant. Many of the interview questions focused on my CPIM certification with APICS (certified in production and inventory control).
