For my short-term goal, I mentioned that I aim to continuously improve my technical skills, particularly in areas such as data structures and algorithms, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the industry. I want to apply these skills effectively in my work and contribute meaningfully to my team. As for my long-term goal, I shared that I hope to grow into a leadership position where I can mentor and guide other team members. Ultimately, I want to help lead projects that create significant impact, both for the company and the broader industry.
