The whole process has taken more than 6 months! I've applied on-line and after 4 months they told me that I need to complete a video questionnaire with 30 questions for 2 hours. Then I needed to wait another two weeks for a reply from them. After that they wanted me to build a whole pre-flight check-in system for only 4 days(at the same time I was still working for other company, but I managed to create a solution, somehow). After this I was waiting for another 2 weeks for the actual interview, where I had to present my solution to the problem, and after that I was waiting for another month to get an update and all thanks to me, because after the 3rd week I wrote to them for an update. They replied to me after 1 week. The overall experience with this company was not good at all! I have never waited so long for any position from any other company!
