I was contacted by their internal recruiter and quickly scheduled a phone call. Said recruiter did not show up for our call. Nor did they reply to my E-mail asking to reschedule....you know, since they didn't show up. They never responded. I had to E-mail again and finally heard back about rescheduling (mind you, no apologizes for missing the first call). Recruiter call was standard and I ended up getting a second interview. I should have taken the recruiter's behavior as a red flag. The interview with the hiring manager was awful. The interviewer was incredibly rude. The entire interview felt like they were assuming I was lying on my resume and wanted me to prove that I was not. I am not talking about "tell us what you did during X process". I am talking about "Tell me the 4th step in this specific process". It was very clear that this person felt this process was a waste of their time and did not respect their fellow humans. Not surprisingly, I was ghosted after this. Super professional. I ended up getting a job elsewhere and never looked back.
