The recruiter was extremely difficult to get ahold of. I repeatedly set times for him to contact me and he’d contact me 20 mins ahead of time and be unavailable at the agreed upon time. Upon speaking, he asked ME if I was qualified for the role. I have never been asked that from a recruiter. I am always happy to share my knowledge areas and experiences but I assumed if you contacted me, that I met the qualification.
