Standard process involving a preliminary phone contact, primary interview with people you will be directly working with, and follow up interview with managers in the department you will be working in.

The interview process started with an initial screening with a human resources representative, followed by phone interview with division lead. Lastly, there was an in-person interview with various members of upper management.
