Lowes is looking for Sales Specialists who have the mindset that no limit is the issue. Having experience in the area is a plus but not a deal breaker. If you have the potential to be approachable and can approach the goal no matter how difficult it maybe. Can you handle deadlines, while still keeping up with regular work, (cleaning, organizing, helping customers in aisles, freight, stocking) Essentially a multitasker with the ability to hang in there even when it is tough.

Easy, a couple qualifying questions and a drug test. Only took one interview, but I had prior experience in home improvement. I applied online and followed up on store. The process was rather simple and straightforward.

Easy interview. Nothing to major about it if you do your research. Very laid back and was asked basic questions around the topic of customer service. Just follow basic interview protocol and you will be fine
