The onboarding process is slow. Incredibly slow. However, the interview was pleasant. The atmosphere with the group I interviewed with was relaxed and even jovial. I first interviewed with a staffing agency. Once they moved me forward to interview with the company, I had a telephone interview, then a 1:1 interview, followed finally by a group interview by the team I was applying to work with.
