Applied online and was contracted by recruiter to schedule a 30 minute phone screen same week. It was very smooth up through this meeting. Although the timeline for target start date was a couple months away, the recruiter was actively screening candidates and said I will hear back shortly by the end of the following week. After a couple weeks went by, I proactively reached out and was told to wait another 1-2 weeks for an update which would come with feedback. 2+ weeks later no word, so I emailed again but no further response. 6 weeks later I received a robo rejection.
