First 2 hour test. Seemed interesting and promising. But during phone interview interviewers asked quite biased questions and tried to blame me that I used memory consuming functions but there were not any demands for this. It was first disappointment. Short algorithmic question which turned out to be an external sorting which I think is very unpopular thing and unable to describe your skills. Despite this we talked another hour long for no reason. I think I talked with very biased developers who didn't show up in a real world for a long time. Sometimes developers tried to humiliate me.

after successfully cracked two problems with coding . gave me 3 more to solve and then told me you need to work on many things.
