The entire process consists of a technical interview with a senior developer where your practical skills get tested with hands-on examples and questions related to them. Passing this one, you get an interview with the manager where they will ask you several typical questions to get a grasp of your overall mindset, your goals, the way you communicate with other people. In both occasions, half of the interview had to be done in english (i'm from Italy).
