Your interview with Lyon Law will include an initial, telephonic interview, then an in-person interview, where you will be asked to provide detailed answers to questions about your previous employment. If your initial interviews are successful, they will be followed by a week long working interview, where you will usually screen potential clients for 1-2 days, and then be given specific tasks (which will be looked over upon completion to assess the quality of your work). Your working interview will give you a real taste of the day-to-day at Lyon Law.
