History of company, retail experience, makeup skills, you get asked scenerios, is very important to know what mac stands for and their culture. Cuatomer service is a big thing for them now so make sure that you make the best impression on how you can be an asset to their customer service
Pushy and all about the sale and not about your artistry. I've been a professional makeup artist for 6 years and it didn't matter as they want you to bang out a full face in 30 mins.
