Being very nice and chill people is unfortunately not enough and this is the only pro I have found at MMC. Compared to a top consulting firm they are very unprofessional and disorganized: the first interviewer did not show up apparently he was sick and had not been replaced. I had two rounds and for both of them the interviewers told me they had forgotten the only thing they should have brought in the meeting room: the case study. As a result, the first interviewer started shooting random business-related questions that he awkwardly had on his phone, while the second interviewer had to make up the numbers on the spot. However, if you want to land a job there, I strongly recommend to read carefully books such as Point in case, that's all they want to hear!
