The company was invited for in campus placements by our college. It was an open to all application. The company first conducted an LI/PI test , comprising a test of IQ, followed by a personality analysis, which were the basis on which shortlisting was performed. Next day the shortlisted candidates were interviewed by the company officials, the substance of the interview varying from person to person.
