Was contacted a few days after my application and was asked to take a behavioural assessment. The test consisted of a bunch of short math and logic questions that must be completed in 12 minutes. After the test, I didn't hear anything for about a month and then the HR recruiter contacted me to set up a telephone interview. The interview was about 45 minutes and consisted of my background and projects I worked on. The recruiter ended the conversation saying she would be back with feedback in the next week. I didn't hear anything and followed up about 10 days later. I got a response saying that they were still interviewing and would not know anything for a further week. I waited and waited and was basically ghosted by them.
