1 Interview with HR and 1 Interview with the Legal Team for M&A with 1 Phone Call and 1 Skype Interview Audio (NO VIDEO!). 1st with HR excellent, the interviewer was amazed by my specific global M&A and Maersk knowledge, my motivation to join Maersk exceded expectations. 2nd interview with the M&A Legal team, excellent spotless I l clearly beat ALL expectations and the panel was amazed by my knowledge of M&A and Maersk. They told me that for SURE I was going to the final interviews. There was NO final interview, one day I logged into the Maersk Job Portal and it just said NOT selected. I try to reach HR with no response, several days later they answered by mail I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! Finally, HR called me to explain me the reasons: 1) The Coronavirus (the position was NEVER Cancelled and is STILL Active); 2) Personality Questions: I answered really well exceeding expectations; and 3) I did not explain well why did I want to join Maersk!: I explain in detail with examples why did I want to join Maersk. There was NO clear answer by HR or the M&A Legal Team!
