Terrible experience. Was contacted via LinkedIn by an IBM RPO recruiter on behalf of Maersk. Was interested, sent resume and had an interview scheduled. Spent an hour chatting via MS Teams. Followed up a couple of time. Ghosted, zero further communication, appealing considering the role and type of role. If this is indicative of their candidate experience in NAM then it speaks volumes.
