the interview is structured and detailed with questions ranging from personal and professional experience. The panel was nice and supportive to non-experience/fresher candidates. The interview session took place for around 60 minutes. The whole recruitment process had 3 rounds.

I came across this specific position while searching on Linkedin. Using "Easy Apply" I sent in my CV and was contacted by HR (based in Poland) 2 weeks later over the phone. The HR person had called to Schedule time for a telephone interview with her colleague the coming week (Week 3). As agreed upon, I had the telephone interview with the HR partner the following week (Interview 1, approx 20 minutes), upon completion the HR partner asked for a salary estimation and told me to complete an IQ test. The week after (Week 4), the HR partner wrote me an email and invited we to a face to face interview with the Customer Service Manager (CSM) at the head office in Gothenburg, I went to the face interview on week 4 and during the interview I had to redo the IQ test on the spot so that they could verify that it was me who did them in the first place. After completing the IQ test, I had a 1.5 hrs interview with the Customers Service Manager and upon completion she inquired again regarding the expected salary. The manager also informed me that if they find my profile interesting and if they advance me in the process, than i would be having another "Informal interview" with another Customer Service Manager. On week 5, the Customer Service Manager that had interviewed me wrote me an email and asked if i could go for the second "informal" interview or if i would prefer doing it over skype..I selected do it over skype as I lived in a city 3 hours away and was working full time at the moment. I hade the Second interview with the other HR partner on the 29/3 and the 2/4 I received a call from the HR person in Poland to informing me that they decided to go with other candidates. ***General Opinion*** After going though multiple stages in the recruitment it was disappointing not to receive an offer in the end as i had invested alot of time in the process. The interview process was very professional, however there were many parties involved (HR 1, HR 2, CSM 1, CSM 2) and I was expecting that the CSM would be the one contacting me to inform me if i got the job or not (this way i could ask what I could have done differently in the process), however i was instead contacted by HR who gave the usual answer "better candidates".
