It was good in general. I've got to the second fase of the process. The questions asked weren't ones that I have ever gotten on an interview in my life.

Difficult and very long process, without a feedback why you did not get the job, part of interview on English, part on Croatian, did not get feedback about salary, describe yourself

Entrevista
It was divided into two interview as HR and department managers. HR was online and quite friendly. I was informed about company, position and environment. Then of course I introduced myself. The other one was more like challenging interview compared to HR. Mentioned about myself and my experiences. Talked in english a little bit.
