The selection process was very good. The first round was PPT making followed by Interview and a final psychometric test. The presentation session was to check the content delivery, structured thinking and problem-solving approach of the candidate, followed by interview to overall assess the candidate. If you know how to make a good presentation and if you are able to connect your skills and strengths to the demand of the role, you will get through.
