O processo levou 1 dia. Fui entrevistado pela MBR Pharmacy (Columbus, OH) em ago. de 2011

      Entrevista

I went into the building, it is very small inside of a small doctor's office in a crappy part of town. The pharmacy was right at the front door, across from the bathrooms, and the doctor's office was slightly around the corner in the back. The interviewer led me downstairs into their ground level and into a little office. The woman who led me down to the room was the owner and manager and her husband was present but I am not sure what his position in the organization was. The woman brought the wrong key down the room so she ran back upstairs to get the right one, and her husband came down and asked if anyone had helped me. Where was the communication? Anyway, he left and she came back with the right key. We entered the room and they asked me a few questions, but seemed like they had not read my resume or knew much about me. They seemed to think they were wasting their time even though I have years of experience in pharmacy and am well-qualified for the position. Then they had me fill out a test that asked incredibly stupid questions regarding the position including one that asks if I am offended by foul odors. Later I found out that they ask that because where their pharmacy is across from the bathroom, they sometimes smell patient's fecal odor emitting from the bathroom and into the hallway. Gross. Anyway, I answered the questions correctly and they got all excited and acted like they were no longer wasting their time (they even said that) and that I'd be surprised at some of these people they interview. The woman seemed like she'd like to give me a shot but the husband was blunt and rude and told me it looked like I had a lot of jobs in a short time and that he didn't like that. (I have had 3 jobs in the past three years but they were in different parts of the country while I was attending school). I offered that explanation to him and it seemed to pacify him and they offered for me to come in and work a trial hour the next day.

      Pergunta 1

There were not any difficult questions asked. They did ask to explain why I have had so many jobs within the past few years--which I haven't had that many.
