I was recruited by MCIM through Robert Half International. I was brought down to Sarasota to meet the accounting staff and then a day later, I was brought back to meet the President and COO. I was actually interviewed by the President, the COO and the Senior Accountant. (The President's dog sat in a conference room chair next to me.)
