Ghosted me after multiple rounds. I interviewed with 8 different people on 3 different dates, for a total of about 7 hours of time. The interviews were pretty repetitive, and they pulled in people that really weren't that directly related to the job. You'd think after 7 hours there would have been some real discussion of salary and benefits, but no. I got the impression that it is a pretty entry level job, so this degree of interviewing is excessive, and not even sending a form letter to let me know the position was filled after I spent that much time with them is poor form. Especially for a department that is supposed to be focused on customer service.
