Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela MIT Lincoln Laboratory (Lexington, MA) em nov. de 2014
Entrevista
There was a 20 minute phone screen followed a week later by a two hour technical interview on-site. Most questions were about my own projects, no real questions about broad programming topics. No questions of a behavioral nature in either the screen or face-to-face. I have heard this can vary greatly across groups however.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela MIT Lincoln Laboratory (Boston, MA) em abr. de 2015
Entrevista
I applied online and received a follow up email to set up an on-site interview. I was flown out from Ohio and given a rental car and a hotel room. I had interviews with two groups at Lincoln Labs. The first group was a not very ready for my interviews, but I had brief meetings with about 5 different senior members of the group. Later in the day I went to the radar group and have 4 interviews back to back. I was asked tough technical questions in about 3 of the 8 interviews.
