The interview process with MPW was detailed and thorough. Even, maticulous in that the HR department had standarized tests for your to complete as part of the application packet which was surprising in such a small company. The staff was friendly yet challenging with the questioning during hte interview.

I was initially interviewed onsite by the safety manager and site superintendent. My second interview was with the Safety Coordinator from their corporate office. Because I am employed full time MPW Industrial went out of their way to schedule interviews after hours as to not disrupt my work schedule with out me ever prompting them to do so.
