It was a face to face interview with the Marketing Manager. They explained the requirements of the job to me and what my day to day tasks would entail. They evaluated my experience to make sure they matched the requirements for the job. And we discussed wages which was followed up by the Marketing manager forwarding my application to the HR Manager to make the final Decision.
