The interview process was great and well designed. The interviewers were very professional at all times, I was able to reach the final stage, the role was between me and a second candidate (according to them), although I never heard back, I chased on email and phone multiple times but was never noticed.

I applied for a digital marketing analyst role on LinkedIn, but was approached by an in-house recruiter to instead apply for a paid social role as my experience made it a better fit. I was asked to come in for an interview and was told it will be a casual 30 min first interview. Turned out it was a proper competency-based interview and I was meant to prepare for a list of questions in advance. The recruiter forgot to send me the list of questions and I ended up making a fool of myself because I had not prepared enough. Really disappointing experience on the whole.

Really friendly HR team member called to arrange an initial interview a week after I applied. First interview lasted 2 hours, with two manager level employees. The first 30 mins was a non-calculator maths test, pretty simple but if you're a little rusty go back over GCSE style maths. HR had emailed me before hand to let me know how to prepare for the first interview, all questioning was around digital marketing trends and what I knew about MVF. HR called the next day to let me know I was moved onto the final stage which was an interview at director level. Again, it was really relaxed, more about getting to know YOU as a person to figure out if you're a good fit for the team. Really friendly team, they had great communication throughout the whole interview experience.
